With advanced quality, innovation, standardisation and optimisation processes, PwC’s innovative Acceleration Centre (AC) provides a wide range of services to meet various needs of our clients flexibly, using advanced, efficient methods. Audits by head office employees are performed in coordination with audit field teams. AC consist of the following sub-teams:
Service Delivery Centre (SDC) Teams They organise the client data received from audit teams in line with audit standards, create outputs and share the outputs with field audit teams and CC teams.
Competence Centre (CC) Teams They work together with field audit teams, use the tools defined by audit standards and take part in a specific scope and number of audit processes. In addition, our team that provides service to Germany and Austria in the German language is part of this team.
Center of Excellence (CoE) Teams They are responsible for gathering a client's general journal, subsidiary ledgers and trial balance data, making the data suitable for processing and checking the consistency of the data, then performing the general journal entry tests required by the audit teams and visualizing the results of the tests. Also, they create templates using the package programs in line with requests from PwC lines of service, PwC clients and other PwC territories, and provide digital solutions such as process automation which enable cost reductions and increase efficiency.
German Team They work with the field audit teams from PwC Germany and other PwC Europe territories, use the tools defined by audit standards and take part in a specific scope and number of audit processes. German language fluency is a must for this team.
Tax Team Our tax professionals at the Acceleration Centre provide high quality output for PwC Turkey tax services processes and increase process efficiency by using various service channels.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for graduates in their final year of study (bachelor's/master's) in the economics, administrative sciences fields and in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).
