Explore

Online Application

You need to apply online to our vacancies and upload your CV. A recruiter will assess your CV and will contact you to have a phone interview.

For Student & new graduates: You need to apply via our web page or from our ads on career portals where you will be asked to create an account into our system-Workday. Take your time to complete our application form properly.

For Experienced: You need to apply via our web page or from our ads on career portals.

Phone Interview

If your application meets our criteria, our recruiter is contacting you for a phone interview where your motivation and interests are considered in a detailed way.

Assessments

We will invite you to have our assessments afterwards.

For Student & new graduates: Aptitude and English / German proficiency assessments (test and speaking) are held. Especially for consultancy roles, cases are also a part of the assessments. For some of our business units, technical translation can be rarely asked.

For Experienced: Generally english assessments are held. Especially for consultancy roles, cases are also a part of the assessments.

Interviews

If your assessments’ results meet our criteria, you will be invited for an interview.

This interview (last 45 minutes to 1 hour) is with an expert of the business area and an HR recruiter to know you better by reviewing your education, work experience and interests, as well as assessing your motivation for the position and our firm. The interview is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us.

If positively evaluated, you will be invited for a final interview with one of our Partners / Directors from the relevant business area (30-60 minutes).

Offer

We'll let you know the outcome in 15 days after the interview.

For Experienced candidates, reference checks are completed before the offer phase.

Throughout the recruitment process, having shown you will contribute in our community of solvers, we will be happy to give you an offer (first verbally, then written).

Afterwards, we will officially invited you to our offices to share your contract and receive your onboarding documents. This will also give you the chance to take a look around the office.
